Continue to list job openings on the career page and on all other job-related websites.
Write all offer letters, and work out compensation and relocation benefits.
Organize candidate interviews, their travel, and the associated costs.
To promote candidate identification and attraction, identify new resources (advertising channels, databases, networks, suppliers, etc.).
Post a weekly dashboard for recruitment.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in sourcing and developing candidate pipelines.
- Proficient in social media and online recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HR recruitment software is a plus.
