Job Description:

Responsibilities
Execute effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
Manage daily operations of the HR department.
Maintain employees grievances.
Implement performance review procedures.
Exhibit fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and concur with them.
Create and run referral bonus programs.
Measure employee retention and turnover rates

Qualification:
Education: Any Degree
Experience: 0-3 yrs
Salary: 12K - 18 (Negotiable based on work experience)
Benefits: Paid Leave, PF, ESI.
Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Work form Office.
