JOB DESCRIPTION:

English proficiency (written and spoken), negotiation & problem-solving, time management, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.

2. Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.

3. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

4. Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

6. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.

7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process.
