Duties:
Create and put into action efficient sourcing plans to draw in top talent using a variety of platforms, such as networking events, social media, and job boards.
Examine applications and resumes to determine the suitability and qualifications of candidates.
Create and preserve a solid rapport with prospects by offering them a satisfying and interesting experience.
Work with hiring managers to plan and organise the interviews.
Oversee the whole hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
