    Job Description
    - Job Description Development: Design, update, and maintain accurate job descriptions to ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities.
    - Candidate Sourcing: Source potential candidates from various online channels, including social media, job boards, and professional platforms (e.g., StackOverflow, Behance).
    - Recruiting Outreach: Craft personalized recruiting emails to engage passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
    - Resume Screening: Screen incoming resumes and application forms to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open roles.
    - Interviewing: Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person, evaluating candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.
    - Assessment Administration: Prepare and distribute assignments and tests (e.g., numerical, language, and logical reasoning) to further evaluate candidates' abilities.
    - Job Advertising: Advertise job openings on the company s career page, social media platforms, job boards, and internal channels to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
    - Candidate Shortlisting: Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers for final review and selection.
    - Offer Management: Send job offer emails and address candidate queries regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies.
    - HR Metrics Monitoring: Track and analyze key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and the effectiveness of different hiring sources.
    - Recruitment Events: Participate in job fairs and organize in-house recruitment events to attract top talent.
    - Collaborative Hiring: Work closely with managers to identify future hiring needs and develop proactive talent acquisition strategies.
