Responsibilities:
Determine the causes of claim rejections, denials, or underpayments by carefully examining payer answers and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
To find patterns, unpaid balances, and areas that need targeted follow-up, create and evaluate a variety of AR reports.
To ensure error-free claim submission, work together with the Payment Posting and Charge Entry teams.
Effectively manage a portfolio of ageing claims to guarantee prompt follow-up.
Respect all corporate guidelines and policies.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Experience: 3+ yrs
