Job Description
Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance
Experience Requirement : 0 to 2 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
Organise and carry out the entire employment process, which includes posting jobs, finding applicants, reviewing resumes, holding interviews, and selecting hires.
Orientation, offer letters, and processing required documentation are all part of onboarding new hires.
Respond to questions and concerns from staff members, settle disputes among staff members, and provide employee counselling.
Address matters pertaining to employee relations, such as disciplinary measures and dismissals.

Skills:
strong knowledge of HR regulations, employee relations, recruitment, and other HR-related concepts and procedures.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including effective written and verbal communication, attentive listening, and the ability to resolve conflicts.
Excellent time-management and organising abilities, including the capacity to set priorities and adhere to deadlines.
