Become a Payment Posting Executive and join our crucial medical billing team at our Chennai-based company. As a key player in the financial reconciliation and integrity of our clients' accounts, you will be in charge of accurately processing payments and adjustments received from patients and insurance companies. Those that thrive on accuracy and are keen to guarantee appropriate revenue realisation would be well suited for this role.

Responsibilities:
Post a variety of payments, including as reimbursements, insurance, and patient payments.
Post denials with the appropriate reason codes, making sure the AR team routes them for more follow-up.
Find and fix any disparities, overpayments, underpayments, and unapplied funds.
Work together with other billing teams to address problems that affect the correct posting of payments.
Observe all corporate rules and guidelines regarding compliance and payment posting.

Qualification:
Strong numerical and analytical skills for identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and batches.
Basic communication skills in English for internal coordination.

Education: Any Basic Degree
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
