Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of recruitment best practices. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth.
Responsibility:
Oversee the whole hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Create and put into action efficient sourcing plans to draw in eligible applicants.
Examine applications and resumes to find eligible applicants.
Perform preliminary phone screenings and virtual or in-person interviews.
To find possible applicants, use a variety of sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and recommendations.
Communicate with prospects in a clear and consistent manner.
