Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, including appointment and meeting scheduling, file organization, and correspondence processing.
Keep up strong ties with partners, government organizations, and regulatory bodies, among other external stakeholders.
Permit and license administration handle new license and permit applications. Examine and confirm the application's information. As required by regulations, licenses and permits shall be issued, renewed, and updated. Ensure that your records are accurate.
Compliance and Regulatory regularly audits to make sure all permissions and licenses are in place.
Skilled at overseeing the university affiliation procedure, including the readying and submitting of required paperwork.
Create and keep up a thorough record of all licensing-related activity. Provide reports on compliance, licensing status, and other pertinent data.
Managing regulatory issues through coordination and communication with the legal and compliance teams.
