Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer - Maintenance to join our Plant Maintenance team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preventive and breakdown maintenance of molding machines and various plant equipment.

This role requires hands-on experience with electrical systems and a proactive approach to equipment upkeep and troubleshooting.

RequirementsPreventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for molding machines and plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.Breakdown Maintenance: Quickly diagnose and repair equipment failures to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.Equipment Oversight: Manage the maintenance of critical plant equipment, including Diesel Generators (DG), compressors, chillers, cranes, pump houses, and cooling towers.Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage. Prepare reports as required.Troubleshooting: Utilize relevant tools and techniques to diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues effectively.Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to plant operations during maintenance activities.RequirementsMedical Devices, Medical Equipment, Pharma, Sales, Hearing Devices, Hearing Aids
