Job Description
For our expanding team, we are looking for a creative and results-driven HR recruiter. In your capacity as an HR recruiter, you will be essential to locating and luring outstanding people to our company.

What you will do:
Source and screen candidates for a variety of positions across different departments.
Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
Conduct in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

What we need:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and networking skills.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other relevant software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Role: HR Recruiter
Experience: 1 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Location: In and Around Chennai
