Job Description
Responsibilities
- Researching and brainstorming each stage of the project: Conduct thorough research and engage in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and strategies for each phase of the marketing campaign.
- Delegating assignments to team members: Assign specific tasks to members of the graphics and advertising teams based on their expertise, ensuring that work is evenly distributed and deadlines are met.
- Supervising employees and providing direction: Oversee the work of team members, offering guidance and clarification when necessary to ensure that all tasks are executed effectively and aligned with the project s goals.
- Ensuring adherence to clients' specifications: Ensure that all aspects of the project meet the client s requirements, including creative vision, messaging, and branding guidelines.
- Coordinating efforts for campaign completion: Collaborate with various teams and departments to synchronize activities and ensure that all elements of the campaign are delivered on time.
- Adhering to time and financial restrictions: Manage the project within the allocated timeframes and budget, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and that financial goals are met.
- Tracking changes in consumer engagement: Monitor and analyze consumer response and engagement following the implementation of marketing campaigns, identifying trends and shifts in behavior.
- Compiling and sharing campaign reports: Gather data and compile detailed reports that highlight the performance and outcomes of each campaign, then present the findings to clients in a clear and comprehensive manner.
