Key Responsibilities:
Make that the diagnosis codes (ICD-10) correspond to the operations that were carried out and confirm their accuracy.
Determine and post refunds, write-offs, and adjustments in accordance with US payer regulations and business policy.
On Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) or ERAs obtained from US payers, note the first grounds for refusal.
Make that every claim complies with regulatory criteria and payer-specific specifications.
Archive and arrange records in accordance with compliance standards and business policy.
To satisfy quality standards and performance goals, keep your productivity and accuracy high across the board.

Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
