Job Description
Responsibilities
Perform medical billing transaction processing in teams while aiming to accomplish group objectives.
Call the payer, use the IVR or web portal, or review the assigned claim to find out its status.
Whatever the claim's problem, pose a number of pertinent questions, and note the answers.
Take in and implement all business rules that the client provides, and process transactions accurately and on time.
Engage in the learning and compliance programs of the organization.
To report performance on client KPIs, use your understanding of medical billing.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Salary: Based on Previous work experience
