Job Description
Primary Task: To oversee the whole hiring process for a range of positions inside the company, from sourcing and screening to providing assistance with negotiations and onboarding, and to make sure that our Chennai office promptly fills staffing needs with top personnel.
Responsibilities
Work together with recruiting managers to comprehend their unique criteria for hiring, job specifications, and ideal candidate profiles.
Create and preserve a robust pool of passive applicants for upcoming hiring requirements.
Examine applications and resumes to find applicants who possess the necessary training, credentials, and experience.
Throughout the hiring process, give candidates timely feedback.
Educate hiring managers on legal compliance and best practices for interviews.
Required Abilities:
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
