Make that every machined component satisfies the exacting tolerances and surface polish specifications outlined in the engineering drawings.
Replace components, weld, grind, polish, and perform other precise tooling repairs, alterations, and refurbishments.
Put intricate tools, dies, and moulds together while making sure that every part works and is precisely aligned.
In accordance with the 5S principles, keep your workplace tidy, orderly, and secure.
Skills:
thorough understanding of geometric dimensioning, tolerance, and its real-world applications.
adept at using devices for precise measurement.
solid knowledge of production concepts and how they affect tooling
