Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to design, develop, and improve mechanical components, machines, and systems used in our manufacturing operations.

The candidate will be responsible for creating detailed designs, supporting production teams, and ensuring products meet quality, cost, and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using CAD software such as 2D AutoCAD

Develop detailed 2D drawings for manufacturing.

Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical documentation.

Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure design feasibility.

Support prototype development, testing, and validation.

Analyze design problems and implement engineering solutions to improve performance and reliability.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines.

Assist in cost reduction and design optimization initiatives.

Participate in continuous improvement and product development projects.

Provide technical support during manufacturing, assembly, and installation.

Required Qualifications

Diploma/degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

2 - 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in CAD software 2d AutoCAD
