Job Description

Experience: 0 to 2 yrs

What you ll Do:
Manage the end-to-end payroll process for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collect, verify, and process employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes in status.
Calculate wages, deductions (statutory, voluntary), and other allowances accurately.
Process statutory deductions such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax, and Income Tax as per Indian regulations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations in India.
Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports.

What you need:
In-depth knowledge of PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements in India.
Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP Payroll, ADP, Ramco, Saral Payroll).
Strong understanding of MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
