Job Description
Responsibilities
Create and maintain job descriptions;
find possible applicants using a variety of internet resources;
craft recruitment emails to draw in inactive candidates;
Examine incoming application forms and resumes.
Prepare and distribute assignments and exams of language, arithmetic, and logical reasoning;
Post job vacancies on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally;
Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates;
Give recruiting managers a shortlist of qualified applicants.
Send emails containing employment offers and respond to enquiries regarding pay and benefits Track important HR KPIs, such as hiring source, hiring time, and filling time.
Attend employment fairs and conduct internal hiring activities.
Work together with managers to determine the needs for future hiring assist in onboarding new hires by serving as a consultant to them
