Experience: 3+ yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Make proactive phone and internet calls to insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
Examine and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and rejections by analysing EOBs and remittance advices.
Discuss billing enquiries, available payment methods, and outstanding balances with patients.
Handle patient payments and account information with accuracy.
Use denial management tools and reports to effectively monitor and handle denials.
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
