Job Description
Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance
Experience Requirement : 0 to 2 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities
Address employee queries and concerns, and assist in resolving workplace issues.
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training programs and track employee development initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other relevant documentation
Skills:
Recruitment & Staffing: Strong experience in recruitment and staffing processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
HR Generalist Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR principles and practices, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
