Job Description
In order to meet the organization's human capital needs and create a happy and productive work environment, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented HR Executive to join our team.

Requirements:
Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
Oversee employee training and development programs, including needs assessments, program design, and delivery.

Skills:
Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to identify and resolve HR-related issues effectively
