    Responsibilities:
    Office Management: Keep an eye on the daily activities at the Chennai office and make sure the workspace is tidy, efficient, and well-maintained. This covers facility upkeep, vendor interactions, and office supply management.
    Administrative Support: Prepare paperwork, presentations, and reports in addition to offering various departments and team members full administrative support. Oversee digital and physical filing systems and guarantee data accuracy.
    building Management: Coordinate with outside vendors for repairs and upkeep and supervise basic building maintenance. Make sure the workplace is both secure and cosy.
