Job Description
Responsibilities
- To use a range of employment portals to locate and identify potential applicants.

To carry out private interviews.

- To verify credits and follow up with references.

Presenting the shortlisted applicants and offering thorough summaries of their profiles.

- Create hiring materials and submit positions to relevant employment boards, newspapers, institutions, etc.

- Find and hire applicants through social media, databases, etc.

- Review applicant resumes and employment applications

- Conduct interviews within the allotted time frame, filtering prospects using a variety of trustworthy recruiting and selection tools and procedures.

Evaluate candidates' aptitudes, soft skills, and pertinent knowledge and abilities.

- Assist new hires in integrating themselves completely

- Keep an eye on and use best practices for HR recruiting

- Throughout the selection process, serve as a point of contact and cultivate relationships with influential candidates.
