Responsibilities
The responsibilities include helping to find applicants for available jobs by posting job listings on job boards, social media, and through recruiting consultants. This role involves gathering applications and organizing them according to position, experience, and qualifications, arranging interviews, following up with candidates, and sending confirmation emails. Additional tasks include conducting tests as necessary, maintaining thorough records of each application, verifying qualifications and required paperwork in collaboration with the HR department, and overseeing account opening procedures and document handling for new hires. The role also includes assembling joining kits, ensuring all onboarding procedures are followed according to corporate guidelines, and planning orientation programs for new hires.
