Job Description
To join our team, we are looking for a dynamic and competent administrative manager. As the administrative manager, you will be instrumental in making sure that our office runs smoothly and effectively on a daily basis while offering our management and staff outstanding support.

What you will do:
Oversee and manage all aspects of office administration, including facility management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
Supervise and mentor administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and other support personnel.
Manage and monitor the administrative budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and track office expenses.
Foster a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

What we need:
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
