Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies specific to the Chennai market.
Address and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner, adhering to local labor laws.
Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, considering local training resources.
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs in compliance with Indian labor laws and company policies (including PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures effectively to employees in Chennai.

Qualification:
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (both written and verbal).
Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle in the local market.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
