Responsibilities
Oversee the whole hiring process, including posting jobs, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and onboarding.
Create and put into effect HR policies and processes that support business objectives and regulatory needs.
Promote an environment at work that is inclusive and upholds AstroCure's core principles.
Manage employee relations, responding to grievances and settling disputes as needed.
Manage payroll and make sure it is processed on time.
Manage performance reviews and initiatives for staff engagement.
Verify adherence to business policies, tax laws, and labor laws.
Assist leadership with strategic HR initiatives concerning development and expansion.
Plan and organize programs for staff training and development to improve their skills.
