    We Are Looking For Someone Who Has What It Takes
    Job Description
    Responsibilities
    In this role, you will develop and implement effective recruiting strategies using various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract qualified candidates. Your responsibilities include building a strong talent pipeline, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and evaluating candidates' skills and cultural fit. You will work closely with hiring managers to align with job requirements, provide feedback after interviews, manage candidate communications, and coordinate technical tests if required. Additionally, you will handle job offers, salary negotiations, and assist in onboarding and new hire orientation sessions to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
