Responsibilities
In this role, you will assist in the recruitment process by posting job listings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments. You will support employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth integration of new hires, maintain employee records, and update HR databases with information regarding new hires, changes, and terminations. Additionally, you will administer employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries. Your responsibilities also include organizing and facilitating employee training and development programs, managing office supplies and inventory, and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. You will prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence, while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per month
