Experience: 0 to 2 yrs
What you will Do:
Produce and preserve high-quality documentation, including Visual Standards, Work Instructions, Inspection Checklists, Defect Catalogues, and Control Plans.
Make sure that every piece of testing and measurement equipment is maintained and calibrated.
To stop problems from recurring, create and implement efficient Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Take part in and lead the paint shop's initiatives for continual development.
Make sure the operations of the paint shop adhere to both external and internal quality management procedures.
What you need:
familiarity with pertinent quality standards.
proficiency with many quality analysis methods, including statistical process control (SPC).
