Join our critical Maintenance team at our Company in Chennai as a Maintenance Supervisor. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance, ensuring maximum uptime, reliability, and safety of our equipment and infrastructure. Responsibilities:
Oversee, lead, and inspire a group of maintenance professionals to ensure effective task distribution and peak team output.
Effectively oversee shift handover procedures to guarantee business continuity.
When required, offer practical assistance during intricate repairs and overhauls.
Make sure that inventory levels and spare component usage are accurately documented.
To improve longevity, safety, and efficiency, suggest and oversee changes or improvements to systems and equipment.
Perform routine safety inspections of work locations and maintenance operations.

Qualification:
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
Experience in using CMMS software for maintenance planning and tracking.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
