Your Impact:
looking for a highly skilled, results-oriented, and strategic Head of Maintenance. You will be in charge of organising, supervising, and maximising all maintenance tasks throughout our whole production facility while answering to the Authority. In order to guarantee optimal uptime, operational effectiveness, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to the highest safety and quality requirements, this involves supervising the maintenance of production machinery, auxiliary equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and oversee yearly maintenance plans, keep spending under line, and find ways to cut costs without sacrificing dependability or safety.
Encourage cooperation, teamwork, and a highly motivated workplace.
Create and put into use standardised troubleshooting manuals and techniques.
Put in place effective procedures for cataloguing, tracking, and purchasing spare components.
Verify adherence to pertinent industry standards.
Motivate efforts to digitise maintenance operations.

What you Need:
shown dedication to operational excellence, quality, and safety.
extensive knowledge of and expertise with CMMS/EAM systems.
Outstanding team management, coaching, motivating, and leadership skills.

Educational Qualification: Any BE Degree
Experience: 10 to 12 yrs
