Job Description
Primary Task: To support the planning, execution, and launch of new products within our manufacturing operations in Chennai, contributing to innovation, market competitiveness, and business growth. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, project management, and ensuring successful transition from concept to production.

Responsibilities
Assist the NPD Manager in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines for new product initiatives.
Analyze market data and provide insights to inform product development decisions.
Support the development of preliminary product designs and prototypes.
Participate in pilot production runs and identify areas for process optimization
Participate in product testing and validation activities.
Track project budgets and identify potential cost overruns.

Required Abilities:
Understanding of the new product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication (both written and verbal in English, proficiency in Tamil may be an advantage) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
