Qualification: Any Diploma / BE Graduation
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of tool room operations, including tool design, fabrication, maintenance, and inventory management.
Supervise and guide a team of tool room technicians.
Ensure the availability of all required tools and equipment to support production needs.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures within the tool room.
Maintain a safe and organized working environment.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of tooling design and manufacturing processes, including machining, grinding, and heat treatment
Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve tooling-related issues
