Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer with 0 1 year of experience to join our team in the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) domain. As a junior member of the engineering team, you will be involved in supporting the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems related to SMT manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the mechanical design and integration of SMT equipment and production lines.
Support installation, setup, and calibration of SMT machines (e.g., pick-and-place, reflow ovens, screen printers).
Collaborate with process engineers to troubleshoot mechanical issues and improve line efficiency.
Participate in equipment maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance activities.
Document test results, machine parameters, and technical reports for process improvements.
Aid in the development and revision of SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and R&D for product and process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
0 1 year of experience, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics assembly environment.
Basic understanding of SMT processes and equipment is a plus.
Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and mechanical drawing interpretation.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced production environment.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
