Role Description :

This is a full-time Production Manager role located in chennai .

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality in the production operations, and managing a team of production workers. You will also be involved in coordinating and implementing production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role
knowledge of CNC machines
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, techniques, and equipment
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of safety and quality standards
Proficiency in computer skills
TPM, QMS, EHS
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production. Engineering, or a related field
Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred,
