Job Description
Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide clients with technical support by identifying and resolving their issues promptly. Your expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining smooth operations.

- Problem Analysis and Resolution: Ensure client operations are functioning at peak efficiency by analyzing systems, interpreting data, and making informed recommendations. Your ability to assess and resolve issues effectively will play a key role in optimizing performance and minimizing downtime.

- Sales Promotion: Actively encourage existing clients to purchase parts, consumables, and value-added services such as health checks, preventive maintenance contracts (PMCs), and follow-on contracts (FOC). By promoting these services, you contribute to the ongoing maintenance and longevity of client equipment.

- Urgent Maintenance Handling: Prepare visit reports and technical procedures for urgent maintenance requests. Timely and accurate documentation is essential in addressing critical issues and ensuring a swift resolution.

- Technical Consultation: Investigate machine problems by consulting with vendor and internal resources, as well as referring to machine tool manuals and technical publications. Your ability to leverage these resources will be vital in diagnosing and resolving complex issues.

- Vendor and Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with outside vendors and maintenance firms to ensure that tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Effective coordination and communication with external partners are crucial in delivering high-quality service.
