Responsibilities:
Ensure that production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations are followed by supervising day-to-day activities.
To maximise machine utilisation and operator performance, do motion and time studies.
Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance group to guarantee that goods fulfil established quality requirements and standards.
Provide technical direction, encouragement, and supervision to production technicians and operators.
Track equipment performance, spot any problems, and reduce downtime.
Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
Experience: 3+ yrs
