Team Lead Banking Operations jobs for exp

Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver strong working relationships with all the stakeholders, both external and internal
Understands the problem, identifies the root cause and acts as an escalation point in case if issues are stuck with the relevant team and ensures closures of open pointers.
Owns the overall team performance and ensures all tasks are delivered on time.
Analyse and predict gaps in existing process and providing a resolution
Constantly drives process re-engineering to turn the existing processes more efficient
Work closely with Razorpay s partner banks to get their merchants onboarded on Razorpay
Understand and respond to various queries raised by both internal and external stakeholders.
Deliver against the set operational targets for assigned activities

Salary : 15k to 20k

Edu : Any degree

Exp : 1 to 3 yrs
