Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
Create and put into practice creative sourcing techniques to find and draw in highly qualified applicants through a variety of platforms, including as job boards, social media, and networking gatherings.
Develop successful recruitment tactics in collaboration with hiring managers to comprehend their employment requirements.
Ensure competitive wage packages by extending and negotiating employment offers.
Verify adherence to all relevant employment laws and rules.

Qualification:
Strong understanding of recruitment principles and best practices.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
