    Designation: HR Recruiter
    Salary: as per Company Norms
    Responsibilities
    HR Initiatives: Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
    Policy and Procedure Counseling: Provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
    Recruitment: Prepare job descriptions, post ads, and manage the hiring process.
    Onboarding: Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
    Training and Development: Develop and deliver training and development programs.
    Performance Management: Assist in performance management processes.
    Employee Relations: Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
    Record Keeping: Maintain employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
    Compliance: Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

    Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
    Location: Chennai
